The first thing Elijah did was to repair the altar, set the wood in place and just a Call the *fire*fell. I've seen many drama teams with plenty steam, plenty shouting and so much activity but no meaningful result. I know we all have times and seasons and some may be in their dark season. But it's important we know the most important things and do them.
Any Team that lacks structure will not last. Spirit alone don't make a team thrive. If all you have is so much spiritual gymnastics but not attention to details, you will miss out on a lot. It takes structure to sustain the Glory. Why? Glory has WEIGHT not just GLAMOUR.
